Between the stress of the day and the stress of course, there will come a time where a period spent on resetting the system will be much appreciated - and needed. Through this hand-on presentation, we will walk through our full-body foam rolling routine we commonly utilize at Bennington High School to help out students reset and recover.
How we began our Powerlifting program at Papillon-LaVista South. The people involved, from our coaches, to administrators, to other high school coaches, and most importantly our athletes. The growth of the sport in our school and around the state. And finally, some of our programming and how we build it around our training for other sports.

Strength & conditioning is just like any other class where one needs to be introduced and taught correctly. Rather than just throwing a student into a random weight lifting class and expecting them to get better, S&C classes/programs should be tiered and aligned in a way where we can maximize the development of the student in each stage of their life.
